Cuttlebug Challenge: Be Inspired #43 Digital Stamps

Here's my take on cuttlebig's digital stamps challenge for this week. i made a really simple card using a digital stamp sent by cuttlebug, designed by Mlammare Designs. i sooo love them they're so cute! im gonna be doing more of them soon, but since im running out of time for the deadline, im posting just one card only.

so sorry for the poor quality if these pictures, i hope i still can make it for the challenge!

the happiest 4 days in my life! i want to scream! hehe! today, we're going to send gelo and erin home, but still im just as happy because i get to spend 4 days with them. i bought them school stuff and they're so excited. that's just what makes me happy, seeing the smile on their faces. gotta go now, we'll go strolling in the mall first then send them home.

i can't wait to see my prize from cuttlebug challenge! i won a fabric from Just Fabric etsy store for joining their bloghop last month! it was my first time to do a bloghop and i had a blast! these last few days i've been having tons of ideas in my mind, i just can't seem to start a single project. i'd like to make door hangers and wall frames and alter a clock but still haven't found time to even glance at my stash.
been thinking about buying a cutting and embossing machine lately. but it wouldn't be such a nice idea since i still have to shop for my kids' school supplies this week. i dont wanna get broke for the rest of june. maybe i'll just settle for a little treat, say shopping for patterned papers instead.
Pinoyscrapbookers has a two part challenge for their anniversary month last month. i made it through the first challenge but for my second entry, i sent the wrong file for the picture! aaww! ;( but it's ok, at least i made another LO and it's the 2nd for this month! yey! 2 LOs in a month?! quite an achievement for me!

it's gettin really hooooot today! just a few weeks ago, the weather people announced it's already the end of summer here in the philippines and the start of the rainy season. weird, because it's only the 2nd week of may and we already had 2 typhoons. but today, it's extremely hot and humid outside. it's time we should learn more about climate changes and global warming so we could, in our own little way, help mother earth.

Cuttlebug challenge 2

this is my take on Allison's layered fabric felt challenge. i don't have a cuttlebug machine yet so i cut out little fabric hearts freehand. i love how it looked when i layered this organza hearts to make a flower, it looks vintagey.

Cuttlebug Challenge!

I made this luxurious spa gift set for cuttlebug challenge blogspot. i was inspired by Peggy's idea on turning these simple looking foot spa kit into a lovely pampering gift sets!

i used a coordinating pps for the band for the foot soak, foot lotion and pumice stone. then i made those cute little envelopes for the bath salts and bath crystals and put on silk flowers and buttons. i also sew a large silk flower onto the slippers. i used violet for my theme because these are all lavender scented items, even the slippers are lavender scented! hmmmm!

aahhh, it's summertime once again. and with the start of summer comes the start of vacations, family outings and, for me, gulping up gazillion gallons of cold beverages to beat the scorching summer heat. already been to Zambales for our first getaway.mother's day is near and i'm happy to give my mom the perfect gift for her. i made this accordion scrapbook/card 'cause she's into scrapbooking also, so i know she'd really appreciate it.

I can't wait for Thursday to come! we're going to Zambales with the whole family! it's going to be Eno's first time at the beach so these past few days i busied myself with buying Eno stuffs he would use for the getaway. i already bought him a floater and a cute little swimming trunk! excited!!! weeee! hope you all had a great vacation! and dont forget to take some time to pray during this Lenten season!

we celebrated my eldest son's 7th birthday last October 1 and up until now the photos are still sitting there waiting to be scrapped. i feel bad because i'm always like this with photos that are very special to me, because i plan too much i end up leaving it untouched :( i hope i can find more time so i can start with it alreasy :( btw, i just wanna share this with you. ;)
